SHAPE YOUR BUTT AND THIGHS THIS WAY, NOT THAT
A lot of women wants to work on their body shape but they go about it the wrong way. A lot of them start hitting the gym using any available equipment without really minding what works. Suffice to say that a lot of ladies in the gym are known for lollygagging. Some of them who doesn't want the gym take on yoga and exhibit a form of exercise intolerance with other training method and 90% of ladies don't mind their food intake. Let me tell you this :
Your number one worst enemy about your body shape is fat.
I offer a guideline to shaping your butt and thighs below:
1) Have a fitness trainer :- To prevent laziness and a form of anyhow training, you should get a trainer and tell him her as the case may be, what your finess objective is
2) Balance your training :- Don't do Yoga and bone the gym. Don't gym and bone Yoga. Both are essential and complement each other. Don't choose one and forsake the other. In my opinion, I always suggest aerobics, weights and Yoga for general fitness
3) Mind your diet. This is where the fat creeps in and ladies are known to store fat in their thighs. Avoid junks, fast foods, fatty foods, bad carbohydrates (refined carbs and sugars). Rather, take a diet rich in complex carbohydrates, fiber ,good fats and proteins
4) To shape your butt,you need strength exercises :- If you prefer exercising from home, start with squats and all it's variations. Soon, get a dumbbell and challenge yourself. This exercise can be done in the gym as well.
Another great exercise often over look is jumping rope. It works almost all part of your body all at once.
Try pylometrics or simply any exercise that requires you to lift from the ground.
Other exercises like step up, lunges,and kicks should be imbibed to complement your training
