SHAPE YOUR BUTT AND THIGHS THIS WAY, NOT THAT

A lot of women wants to work on their body shape but they go about it the wrong way. A lot of them start hitting the gym using any available equipment without really minding what works. Suffice to say that a lot of ladies in the gym are known for lollygagging. Some of them who doesn't want the gym take on yoga and exhibit a form of exercise intolerance with other training method and 90% of ladies don't mind their food intake. Let me tell you this : Your number one worst enemy about your body shape is fat.  I offer a guideline to shaping your butt and thighs below: 1) Have a fitness trainer :- To prevent laziness and a form of anyhow training, you should get a trainer and tell him her as the case may be, what your finess objective is 2) Balance your training :- Don't do Yoga and bone the gym.
