YES YOU CAN GROW TALLER




This post serves to answer one of the most common question young and short people normally ask and the question is "can I still grow taller after I clock 21?" .The answer is yes but you can only add a few inches but as the old saying goes, half bread is better than none. Let's cut to the chase then shall we?  Alright, let's go! 

1) The first thing you need to take note of is your diet. This is very important because you need calcium, proteins and vitamins A, B, D and E., zinc and other vitamins to grow taller. So take good meals instead of junks and sugar. Start eating fruits, vegetables, fish and eh eh, you will need eggs. 

2) Your next step is to create some time to resist the gravity issue. Science has confirmed that gravity affects our joints in some ways which does not allow us to grow till full length and to solve this issue, you need to practise hanging exercises. 4) Start practicing good posture. I personally have seen perfect people walk as if they have a hunch back.  For others still, their buttocks are usually sticking out and they complain of being short?  Good posture will help you to look taller.
